VISION: To be a ministry that leads by example, has a strong presence in the world, and nurtures the younger generation of men to exemplify leadership, discipleship, and true spirituality in their daily walk with Jesus Christ.

MISSION: The Man Up Ministry of Mount Gilead Missionary Baptist Church will reach, equip, and transform men for the purpose of being true disciples of Jesus Christ, so that souls will be saved and God will be glorified.​
